For a deep treatment, apply a generous amount to clean damp hair and let sit for at least 5 minutes, ( up to 30 minutes for a deeper repair) then rinse. As a conditioner, apply two quarter sized amounts to clean wet hair, detangle from ends to roots, then rinse. As a leave-in, massage products into wet or dry hair (less product for hair that tends to get oily, more product for hair that tends to get dry) and style.
